    Processing Time: 5-7 Business Days, the customized lenses need about 7-14 Business Days.

    Some frames and lenses may take longer to arrive than the estimates given above. One of our certified opticians will contact you if we anticipate a delay in completing your order.

    Pay Attention:

    We are not able to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. Once you receive the package, you can return it back to us for free and you will receive a full refund.

    Due to COVID, some mail services and shipping facilities are experiencing delays with tracking scan updates and delivery times, which may add additional time onto our delivery timeframe estimates. Once a package leaves our warehouse, the delivery timeframe and route is out of our control. As always, we thank you in advance for your patience.

    Don't see any tracking info? Don't worry – it can take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

    If your package is marked delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you can always reach out to your local carrier depot, typically your local post office.

    Some products and brands may take longer to process than others. You will receive a more accurate estimated shipping date from one of our opticians when you place your order. Any shipments to the customer deemed lost by the shipping courier (where the courier says they did not deliver) will be replaced, not refunded.

    While most international packages are delivered within their estimated delivery timeframes based on the shipping method you select, in rare instances, delays of up to 1-2 weeks have been experienced once the package has left the China.

    We are not responsible if your package is delayed during shipping or held up in customs. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
